Questions
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. You pay once a year and renew at the same amount: $89, $99 or $149. Many hosts show a few dollars a month for the first year only, then triple or quadruple the price at renewal. We don't do teaser pricing: what you see is what you pay, in year two and beyond.
Why not just use cheap hosting?
You can park a WordPress site for $3 a month, but nobody backs it up or answers when it goes down. Every plan here includes the hosting and the people who look after it: daily backups, SSL and DDoS protection, direct support from whoever built or migrated your site, and from Business up scheduled security updates. That's the difference between guarded and parked.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Keep the domain where it is registered today: we'll walk you through pointing it at the hosting, or transfer it along with the site.
Which extensions are included in the free domain?
Plans II and III include a .com domain, registered and renewed with the plan. Other extensions (.it, .org, .net and more) can be registered at the normal price.
Is migration really free?
Yes, on every plan. We move site, database and mailboxes at no extra cost and with no downtime your visitors would notice.
What do security updates cover?
We review core, theme and plugins, take a backup, update, then verify the site still works. Twice a year on plan II, every month on plan III. On plan I updates are up to you, or we can do them on request.
Are backups included?
Yes. All plans include regular backups with auto-backup and restore on request.
Which payment methods do you accept?

What is WordPress hosting?
